Choosing a Murphy Bed
- Size - Several options are available to you when choosing a Murphy Bed. Vertical beds come in Single/Twin, Double/Full, Queen, and King. Side tilt beds are only available in Single/Twin, Double/Full, and Queen.
- Leg Options - Standard legs can accommodate mattresses up to 10” thick and supports the bed about 11” from the floor to the bottom of the mattress. Extended legs allow for mattresses up to 12” thick and raises the bed an additional 2” off the floor.
- 3 Frame Options are available:
Elite Aluminum System - Lifetime Warranty. Heavy duty aluminum bed frame with attractive black - pebble powder coat. This bed can support 2000 lbs and is ideal for residential, commercial, hotel/resorts, fire halls, and other heavy duty or high use applications.
Supreme Steel System - Includes a 25 year warranty. Strong steel frame sized,shaped and finished similar to the Elite Frame. This bed can support up to 1700 lbs and is designed for residential or light commercial use.
Standard Steel System - Come with a 10 year warranty, supports up to 1200 lbs. Designed for occasional use.
Please note: A regular coil mattress is recommended for all Murphy Beds.
